Shipping Charges

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 250 per order

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided via SMS, email, or phone call, depending on courier availability.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect contact information, unavailable recipients, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. My Choice is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide relevant photos for review.
